graham cracker houses

Every year growing up we made graham cracker houses...we have carried on the tradition with one exception, Aaron thinks it is just gross to wait a whole month before eating the houses so we only wait 24 hours. Becca's is a temple, Sarah was making a spaceship but then changed to a frog, Aaron's is a tree house, and mine, David's and Emma's are just normal houses. Emma ate more candy than she put on her house. Hum, we probably all did :)

We just don't eat the houses. =) We eat plenty of candy while making it to make up for it!

I just bought our stuff to do it yesterday and we're planning on making them on Sunday. Good times.

And tell Becca I looked at hers and thought, "That TOTALLY looks like a temple!" before reading that it was, in fact, a temple. Very inventive.

A tree house! what a great idea. We mostly threw away our houses too. Some kids wanted to eat some but I ditched as much as I could.

I let my kids eat theirs the day after we made them. Mine's still on the piano and Walt asks to eat it every time he notices it!
