The other day I went to my sisters and when I pulled Emma out of the car her head was at a 90 degree angle and looked like it had fallen off her head. This picture just doesn't do it justice. Really how CAN that be comfortable??
This is my favorite way to hold a baby, for some reason I think it helps tummy aches.
Notice the baby belly is STILL here!

You're so cute! Nope, doesn't look comfortable at all, but I suppose after being squished and in who-knows-what-all-bent-positions inside of us, this probably feels pretty good!
Me again! Just thought it was odd that you happened to be leaving a message on my blog the same time I was leaving one on yours. =) Funny memory about Kevin. That does seem like a long time ago in some ways. Maybe you have a tinge of trickster in you afterall. =)
I don't think I liked holding Dean like that since he puked so much. If I held him like that I ended up with puke down my back rather than on the burp rag.
i agree, it doesn't look comfortable, cecilia is often in the same position (sometimes i worry she'll get shaken baby syndrome or whiplash from her little head bobbling around in her carseat so much--speaking of carseats, i think we have the same one). and i also still have the belly, infact, my whole body is like a water bed--boo.
You look great. Your barely post partum! (I know that doesn't make any post-partum woman feel better, but it's true.)
The head position. Ouch! I used those pillow-insert-thingies in their carseats for months because of that very thing. I couldn't stand to see the babies like that!
My dad said your babe is super cute. Can't wait to meet her! Want to come up sometime? WE'd love to have you!
