As you can see I changed my blog already. I guess I am not as exciting as chocolate girl and was not ready to divulge any of my wonderful chocolate secrets. Today we did go to a Hershey sponsored Easter egg hunt (which we got TONS of great Hershey chocolate)...so I decided to change my blog to not "just a mom."
There are lots of things to being a mom and I feel that it is one of the most important jobs anyone can have. Although motherhood is a lost and dying art. I am not a professional and today I prayed that I would hear the words in conference to help me be a better mom...and boy did I hear them!
The talk I appreciated the most was Elder Holland's. He talked about using kind words. I have struggled with Sarah and how to help her be nicer to her sister and I realized that if I am nicer to her that she will be nicer to those around her. I guess she is just mimicking what she sees (so I guess I have to be a better example) It will take more practice, but hopefully in time I will get there.
