hey juls . I have two that Jack and I really like ( I love my slow cooker i have found that I have used it alot with Jack working the hours that he does . ) Pot roast . You put the meat in with peeled potatoes , and carrots and water . slow cook the meat ( this takes all day and then put some maple syrup in the slow cooker and let cook again all day . Yum

Also Barbaque chicken
Put Bonless Chicken thighs in Water and Oil Put a whole bottle of Barbaque sauce in the slowcooker and there you go dinner .
also if you cook parogies with chicken and carrots it is really yummy.

( if you add meat tenderizer to the meat it makes it super yummy

Oh how i love my slow cooker

I have two must haves that I use on a regular basis , My rice cooker / steamer and my slow cooker

Just did one today that the family loved and was soooo easy! (Maybe not so healthy though, sorry.) Put 3 boneless skinless chicken breast (thawed or frozen) in the crock pot with 1 stick of butter and 1 packet Italian Dressing mix (dry powder). Let cook 6-8 hours until you can shred the chicken. Then add in 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, and 1-8oz. cream cheese. Warm through, or until cream cheese is dissolved. Serve over rice. Yummo! Hint: I puree the cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and water together before dumping into the crockpot, it speeds up the process. Enjoy, and tell me how you like it!
