More experience needed
Yesterday afternoon I turned on the answering machine to hear a pleasant voice stating that they received Aaron's resume, but they were looking for someone with more experience. I wanted to shout to that pleasant voice...he has been in school for 12 years...PLEASE...I don't even know who it was I didn't really listen closely. We sent out 33 letters and haven't heard anything back yet! I am a little scared that all we will get are undesirable locations (NM, middle of nowhere CA, or even Riverside...I hope no Smalley's are reading this...if so, um, sorry.) Riverside wouldn't be that bad, it is just so expensive and kind of ghetto. Where Dave and Tami live it obviously is not ghetto, but drive down the road a little and it is. I guess I am just NOT patient and want to know where our options are RIGHT NOW!

If you did end up in NM you'd be half way between us and mom. We could stop on our drive there and break it up into a two day trip...
A doctor from Flagstaff just e-mailed Aaron so I don't feel SO desperate or paniced any more. And you are right NM is right in between you and mom. good point :)
Oooh. Flagstaff. It's the one place I'd feel fine with if we ended up living in AZ.
Don't worry Julie it is still early! All Aaron needs is to get in the door and then they'll see how easy going and smart he is. But as a back-up maybe you should apply somewhere out east(sorry Waterman family I'm just not giving up easy)
