Interested buyer
I had a showing yesterday and he said he was going to bring his wife on Saturday, but I didn't quite get a good vibe from him. But today I had a showing and the lady seemed REALLY excited about the house. Her daughter lives at the bottom of the circle so it is perfect. I really hope she makes an offer...she said it was the best that she has seen...so we can always hope. I have 2 more coming on Saturday that I know of. WHEW! I don't think I can keep this up for 2 more months. But hopefully everything will work out.

so... what if this interested lady wants to buy your house and wants you out by May 1???? Whatta u gonna do????
She lives with her daughter at the bottom of the circle, so she is fine with the move date. Actually all three who have seen the house have been fine about the date :)
