Stressed out!
I don't think I have been this stressed out EVER in my life. I just keep telling myself, "everything is going to work out. You just have to be patient!" Our one and only showing just canceled because he is going with a realtor now. I did e-mail him back and say that we would work with his realtor. Originally I was going to wait until we moved to list with an agent, but I think if we haven't seen much movement we will put it on with a realtor in May. Man they really have a corner in the market. I just hate to spend 9,000 when I don't have to! BLAH! Okay I will take a few breaths and tell myself, it will all work out, it will all work out, it will all work out

Selling cars and houses are some of the most stressful things on the earth. It is so not fun!
you might want to try a step down from a full realtor first. there are some realtors who will put your house on the MLS for about $300, and there are some discount realtors who don't do as a good a job but only charge about $3000. BUT when we sold our duplex, we had a realtor who made us about $13,000 more than our top offer trying to sell it on our own, and our real estate fees were only about $6,000. He got four full price offers and LOVED to remind us that we made more money with a realtor. Plus he sold it during my last month of pregnancy and we actually signed the papers during my labor. Needless to say, it was nice having someone else deal with it. GOOD LUCK!
Good luck, your house looks great!
It's so stressful to sell a house! I was on my knees multiple times for five months (starting in May) while trying to sell our condo in Denver, as we were going to close on our house in November. We finally got an offer, after about a bazillion showings, on October 31. We closed on our house Nov. 9 and on our condo November 30. It was SO stressful to think about two mortgages and go through months of showings. My hands were raw from scrubbing every day. But, the Lord blessed us. It's what we needed. I am sure it will all work out for you. XO
Good luck J! We're not even thinking about moving at the moment and I'm worried about reselling this house!!
It will turn out ok though.
