I think you should go only if you both feel comfortable with you putting in offers on houses Aaron hasn't seen. Otherwise, it's very possible that the houses you look at in June will be gone by July.
Would it be possible for you guys to rent a place month-to-month out there while you guys look for a place together?? That way you could take your time and not be rushed into just any house.
I know How you feel, trust me!...but I think it will be better if you, both, just go on july and try to rent a month to month thing and then find, with time, the house you want for a loooong time, and then don't move ever again!!!. I know that it will be a pain in the butt moving again and again...school and all those things. But you have to think that after you choose a house is not the end again , then you have to wait for the offerd to be accepted, and the inspectors to chack it etc,etc,etc...so...i don't know ...i would wait. What about you my darling?
It's true that you could end up with buyer's remorse if you try and do it in June by yourself in a short time frame. We had 1 weekend with out house hunting if we were going to be in a house when we came for good. While we like everything pretty well overall, I do occasionally wonder what we would have ended up with had we spent more time.
