I am hosting a Harry Potter book club next Wednesday...does anyone have any ideas of good thought provoking questions or good discussion building ideas?
I am making chocolate frogs and licorice wands (just licorice). My friend gave me the molds. She also did butter beer (root beer with butter rum flavor) and jelly bellies and pumpkin moose in chocolate shells. I am not that elaborate though.

How fun! At a New Haven party they made butter beer. They did the whole homemade root beer with the dried ice and added the butter rum flavor. That was fun. The chocolate frogs is a good idea.
As for the book club, you might get some ideas from the HP wikipedia article. I've never actually been to a book club meeting, so I have no clue as to what you might be looking for...
