Becca has started to sleep walk. The other night she came into our bedroom stark naked and then walked back into her room and opened the closet door and said that she needed to go potty. I pulled her into the bathroom just in time. Tonight we heard Becca roaming around and because we were into the movie we really didn't think anything of it. Then I knew that something was wrong. We went upstairs and Becca was standing in the middle of her room going potty! Weird. She was just dead asleep.
I knew that I was a sleep walker and my mom would find me in odd places (although it would usually just be the table.) In college I would take a shower and then realize that it was the middle of the night.
Celia also was a sleep walker. I remember one night she was racing down the hallway and trying to climb over the banister. I said maybe there is a cockroach in her bed. ha ha. nope she was just sleepwalking (or running!)
Hopefully Becca will outgrow this!

I don't know how old I was when I finally outgrew that. I don't remember it ever involving the potty though.
hahahaha. i totally remember the cock roach incident. the sleep book claims that 99% of sleep problems are related to not getting enough sleep (although Suzie tried putting Emily to bed earlier and it made her sleep terrors worse). It might be worth trying to put her to bed a half an hour earlier. sometimes that is hard if you group together the bedtimes of your two oldest. anyway, it could also be related to drinking too much before bed. good luck. sleep problems make me crazy.
I sure love all the pictures of the kids! Can't wait until November when we will see them all. We'll happily take care of them even if they sleep walk! the mom
