Yesterday we went peach picking with our friends the Winwards. We had a great time. This morning we canned 6 jars (most of the peaches are still a little hard so we will wait a few more days to can the rest.) Here we are enjoying the peaches!
we had so much fun! and quite a few of our peaches have already been eaten. Hey could you email me some of the cute pics you took? Thanks jules-and sorry I didn't get much of a chance to talk to ya today-you know how it is with three kids in tow in church by yourself.
Hey, it's fun to see comments here by Coleen! Yea for fresh fruit. It's your turn to bottle. Never do it any more except for when we have our own apples all over the ground. I like to freeze peach slices and throw them into a shake or slightly thaw them and add to a fruit salad. What I noticed from the pictures was that your hubby got to come with you! His time is at such a premium. He's a good dad/husband for making time to do family things. the mom aka Aunt Lois (to Coleen)
